Common FAQs About The Partner Program
Q: What exactly am I paying you for?
A: You pay us a percentage of the growth above your protected baseline. You keep 100% of what your business was already making. We help your business get more targeted traffic AND we help you improve your conversion rate of that traffic that you get (both your existing traffic & your new traffic. In short, you are paying us a percentage of your revenue that is ABOVE your current baseline 12-month average. You are paying us to help you make more money. And if we don't help you make more money above your average baseline, you don't owe us a dime.
Q: What percentage will I pay you, and for how long?
A: Your percentage depends on how much help you want:
20% — Tier 1: Foundation
30% — Tier 2: Organic Growth
40% — Tier 3: Full Growth Partner

10% — Separately, we collect 10% on all ads revenue (not the higher 20/30/40%. Why? Because we are still helping you with leveling up your pricing, improving your sales conversions, improving your website design for conversion, helping you with your offer strategy, refining your overall ROAS performance, and assisting in other various related elements along the way. Since you are managing the ad(s), we feel it is fair to reduce the percentage of this separate income down to only 10%.
Regarding the 3 organic tiers, you only pay that percentage on revenue above your protected organic monthly revenue baseline, not everything you make.
The initial partnership lasts 18 months. After that, you can stop or choose to continue. If we continue, your percentage gets cut in half. And remember: if you don't beat your baseline in any given month, you pay us $0 that month.
Q: What will you actually do for me?
A: We find what's holding your business back and work to fix it. That may include your website design, copywriting improvements, SEO, blogging, social media management, pricing revisions, sales process strategy, follow-ups, Google visibility and other growth opportunities. Your exact partnership level determines how much we handle and what percentage you ultimately pay us for the duration of the program. That's why the percentage ranges from 20-35% depending on the blend between what needs to get done and what you want us to do.
Q: What If I don't Actually make more money?
A: Then we make $0 that month. Our success is tied to yours. If you don't grow above your baseline, there is nothing to share. Simply put, we don't make any money that month if you don't make more than your existing baseline average. That puts the pressure entirely on us to perform.
Q: What if I would have gotten the booking anyway?
A: We don't fight over individual leads. Your existing business is protected by your baseline average revenue that you made over the last twelve (12) trailing months. We only share in the growth above that baseline average revenue. After all, we help you improve traffic from where you are already found. We also help your website convert even better. There's no way for us to separate who directly got what, and it doesn't matter. At the end of the day, you are a for-profit business, so we care about one thing and one thing only - making you more money. If we do that due to the work we put in for your business, we simply have a share of that revenue for the duration of the partner program.
Q: Do I pay you as soon as someone books?
A: No. You only pay us after you've actually been paid. We never take a percentage of money you haven't collected yet. Payments to us will be made on the 1st of each month from your amount of gross revenue collected above your average baseline that was set at the time of your enrollment into the program.
Q: Will you actually do the work for me?
A: Yes. That's the point. Give us the access we need and let us work. We don't want to give you another giant marketing to-do list. We will give ourselves that list, and we will do the work that is in accordance with the level of the partnership program that you signed up for.
Q: Do I approve everything you change?
A: No, but you stay in control of your brand and major business decisions. But you are hiring us to do a job. We don't ask for approval every time we change a headline, improve SEO or make a small optimization. You give us room to do the work you hired us to do so that we can do it more efficiently. If you want to micromanage - then we aren't a good fit. We want to work with those who allow us to do the job that we know we can do extremely well. Trust is paramount.
Q: Will you use AI?
A: Yes. We use AI when it helps us work faster, research better, analyze data or create more efficiently. But AI doesn't run your strategy. We do. Everything still needs to fit your business, market, brand and goals. Wherever AI is used, please know that we are using it responsibly. No AI slop here.
Q: What if I've already paid someone for SEO, copy or a new website design update?
A: Great. We don't redo good work just to stay busy. We'll look at what you already have, keep what's working and focus our time where we see the biggest opportunity to grow. As part of the discovery process, we will be taking a look at your website, SEO, and overall business data so we can make data-driven decisions throughout. We won't touch what isn't broken, but we will also be calling out things that need to be improved on, regardless of what you have done in the past or how much those things cost you. After all, we are here for growth -- not just to keep something that isn't performing well just because you spent money on something.
Q: Do I still own my website and everything you create?
A: Yes. Your website, domain, accounts, copy, SEO work and content stay with your business. We don't hold your marketing hostage. So, in the worst-case scenario and we don't help you make any additional money... you get to keep any and all website design, all copywriting, all strategy, all blog posts, and whatever else we would do for you - all at no charge in that hypothetical scenario. And even if you end up making a bunch of money and you terminate the relationship after the partnership program term is over, you still get to keep everything. In plain English - what we build for you is yours to keep.
Q: Are there any other costs?
There are no surprise agency fees. You still pay your normal business expenses like hosting, software and your CRM. If we recommend paid advertising, you approve the budget and pay the ad platform directly. During the discovery process (even before becoming an official client), we will be very upfront about what we advise and what we expect to see in terms of costs to protect yourself against any potential surprises. That said, there might naturally be things that come up during the time you are in the partnership program, and we will simply have a conversation at that time should we suggest anything else specifically.
Q: Why is the initial partnership 18 months? And What happens after 18 months?
A: It's 18 months because we're doing a LOT of the work without charging you upfront. SEO, content and relationships also take time to compound. We need enough time to do the work and let it work to truly see the results that you want. As they say, "Rome wasn't built in a day."
At the end of the 18 months, you can leave and keep everything we did for you at zero ongoing cost, or we can keep growing together. If we both want to continue, your revenue-share rate drops by 25% for the following 18 months for even more cost savings on your side. Why do we cut the percentage at all? Because the heavy lifting has already been completed. Now it's just a matter of refining things as we go so that you can continue to create the business of your dreams.
Q: What happens if we stop working together? Can either of us cancel early?
A: The partnership is for 18 months because we're doing a lot of work upfront for $0. You can leave early, but you'll need to cover any remaining value of the work we've already done that hasn't been paid back through our revenue share since it would be a material breach of the agreement. After all, the work that we do takes time to see results. And typically those results compound over time (more refined traffic + additional traffic + better website conversion + smoother workflows, etc). You will receive an agreement to look over and sign if we reach that stage of the discovery process of the Partnership program.
Q: What if a client cancels or gets a refund?
A: We don't get paid on money you didn't keep. Verified refunds and cancellations are accounted for when calculating covered revenue.
Q: Do albums, prints, upgrades or future sessions count?
A: Yes. Your baseline includes all of your photography revenue, so the growth we share includes it too. That means session fees, albums, prints, artwork, upgrades and additional sessions all count. You're still protected by your baseline. We only share in the revenue you make above what your business was already making.
Q: Can you guarantee how much I'll grow?
A: No, and anyone who guarantees an exact result should make you nervous. What we can do is put our own time and resources behind your growth. If you don't grow above your baseline, we don't earn a revenue share that month. Plainly put, if we don't help you make EXTRA money above that baseline in any given month while we work together, you don't pay us a dime.
Q: Why would you do all of this for $0 upfront?
A: Because we believe the upside can be bigger for both of us. Instead of making money from selling you marketing, we want to make money by helping your business grow.

Ultimately, you are handling who you book - so, if you feel like it's the right fit, do your best to book it and make that money. If you want to pass on it for any reason, pass on it. Q: Why should I apply now instead of waiting?
A: Because organic growth takes time. SEO, content, relationships and authority don't appear overnight. Waiting another six months means starting that compounding six months later. And because we're selective, applying doesn't guarantee we'll have room to partner with you. All of the work that we do takes a lot of time, which means we can't guarantee there's even room to work with you even if you decide later to say yes.

A: There is none. This is one of those things where there's actually only an upside. There isn't a hidden fee. The trade is simple: we take more risk upfront, and you share part of the growth with us. That's also why we don't accept everyone. We are going to work extremely hard and part of this requires money from US to invest into your growth, so we are very particular about who we take on as a client.
